raspberry pi style i pod touch (pi pod)

Ok I have been watching Ben's raspberry pi builds and i think a great project would be to build a raspberry pi style i pod touch (pi pod).

It should have a 3.5 inch touch screen display, maby a custom OS for music, movies gaming Minecraft etc .

Built in battery, camera or two. Then a cool 3D printed and/or lazer cut case to hold it all together also it would be great if it was as slim as possible.

Thanks

I think this board might charge the battery without the need for a switch, but do a little reaserch to check it does what you need it to. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/5V-1A-Lithium-Battery-Charge-Board-for-Monolithic-Integrated-Circuit-Development-/191104272723?pt=UK_BOI_Electrical_Components_Supplies_ET&hash=item2c7eb3c953

I think the circuit I linked you will do that. You just need to trim off the plug from the end of the two wires, solder the red one to B+ and the black one to B-

You can solder two more wires to the module and connect these to the gpio of the pi in order to power it. Unfortunately I can not give you the pinout as I am using a different PC to normal and e-bay is unfortunately blocked. I will tell you later when I get back to my house.
