Multi device gaming table for quadriplegic gamer

Hi dear Ben Heck Show team,

im a passionate gamer since i was 6 (32 now) on pc and consoles, but after a car accident in 2006 i have a cross section palsy and therefor i cant move my fingers anymore.

I was able to compensate this on my pc with a trackball and a little plastic typing helper (left hand typing helper -> wasd etc / right hand --> trackball mousebuttons). Imagine playing with only one finger on each hand.

This works fine with games like Skyrim or Resident Evil, but its a major problem with games where ill have to drive or fly (ecxept for GTA 5, because awesome mouse steering), because my left hand constantly has to switch from "A" and "D" to steer.

So heres my question/idea:

Is it possible to make a table with a big analogstick on the left, big buttons in the middle (so i can press them with my fist) and trackball on the right side of the table, so i can play on all consoles with this setup?

Im aware that this is very special request, but ill HAVE TO FIND A WAY to play console exclusive titles like Horizon Zero Dawn and Zelda BotW RIGHT NOW!
