An alternative to the Motorola Atrix dock might be the Livi Design 'Casetop' which has a 11.6" display with HDMI and MHL inputs.

Casetop by Livi-design: Mobile Accessory Turns Phone Into Laptop | Innovative Computing Solutions

Lilliput make 8", 9", 10" monitors with HDMI inputs.

Lilliput Europe · FA1011-NP/C · 10 inch monitor with HDMI, DVI, VGA and composite video

JVC make monitors in 15" and 17" with HDMI inputs however they are aimed at broadcast video and have HD-SDI inputs as well so are significantly more expensive.
