Hey Ben,

I have been working with OpenScad and designed a form that doesn't seem to break. At least not along the layered "lines" of PLA. I used a MakerBot 5th Generation standard settings (PLA, Layer height: 0.20 mm 10% infil, 2 shells) Its takes 3 hours to print on standard (ugh!) However, it is pretty strong but I can't bring myself to REALLY try and break it. After viewing, your 3D extra content, I thought you might want to give it a try.

also, scale it down!! I used 25% In OpenScad, resize view and then zoom out!
