I don't know where exactly to post this, so I figured here is fine because I'm new. I want to make this for the girl I like in high school. But I can't find anything on it. No detailed instructions, no parts except for the led dispaly which is above, or anything else. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

I believe from the shot where he is looking at the datasheet it is this:
