After seeing it on the show, I have been cnc routing enclosures out of Sintra. I was using hdpe but it required a lot of hand finishing, the finish of Sintra is perfect right off of the machine. The only problem (which makes it great to machine) is that it is soft, so it dents easily, e.g. with a fingernail. Does anyone have any suggestions for coating the Sintra with something that will harden it up a bit?
