I wanted to know if I can get audio from the HDMI port of the RPi to connect to external speakers and if yes then to which pins should I solder.

Audio from the HDMI port is digital, embedded in the data stream. It's not possible to simply extract this for use with external speakers by soldering pins to my knowledge. There are external HDMI to VGA converters with Audio Output from the decoder itself, so you can use the HDMI audio, otherwise, home theatre HDMI receivers should be able to receive the audio from the HDMI port while passing the HDMI video signal for a TV to use.
