hello ben,

your tutorials are awesome , can you please make tutorial on how to make pcb drilling machine using dc motor at home

  • I used a dremel and a perf board as a template to line up the drill. If you are talking about using dc motors to move the gantry system i would shy away from that as you would most likely need some sort of feedback to tell the controller how far it moved. I have been putting some thought into a gantry system for a dvd burner laser I'm working on and was thinking a ramps kit would be a good controller as its fairly cheap and comes with steppers. I have a bunch of old okidata dot matrix priters i was going to use for the slides, they have thick slides and bearings pressed in blocks with threaded holes.
