    Nick

Can you ask your teacher what is wrong with it?  It might be easier as we could give you the answer to get you up and running.  For what it would cost you to ship it, it might be worth having one of us here on E14 to help you get it up and running.

This might sound stupid but have you downloaded the ReplicatorG host software that will allow you to connect to the printer?  Can you see the board show up in your Serial Port on the computer?  Here is the place to install the drivers ReplicatorG Windows Driver Installation.  Also try this page ReplicatorG Troubleshooting.

Do you see the board showing up on the computer?  If you dont see it then either you have a driver issue or bad printrboard.  When you say it moves fine are you sliding the axis's by hand?

    Nick,

If you can move the axis and home it in ReplicatorG then can you explain what you are having problems with.  It seems like it is working then.  Have you loaded a gcode file to print?

Does the machine home then stop?  Have you checked to the temperature of the hotend and bed to make sure they are heating up enough or maybe even to much?  I know in the past users were having issues with the temp sensor(thermistor) getting to hot.
