Hi Ben,

I would like to build a system in my house where whenever people are in rooms the lights are on and when they leave they go out, also i would like to have it where each person maybe has a transmitter on them so that when they enter a room the system plays the style of music they like and maybe even adjusts the temp in the room to their preference.

If you have any ideas on how to do this or if you could please do a show on this it would be amazing.

Thank you for your time.

Like Michael was saying that most houses to not have the capability to adjust the temp in one room.  the typical house will be upstairs\downstarits or some sort of zone split on each level.  this is expensive option since your adding tab units or vav boxes on top of your primary unit so most homes dont have this.  as for having music play depending on whos in the room you could use RFID or even a finger print scanner.
