Hey guys i am making ben hecks PS3 laptop idea with a 80g and i was wondering how can a i have the HDMI connect to to the laptop screen. also how can i make it connect to an external tv. pls help me is my first project

You use an existing standalone LCD screen that has an HDMI input. Or get an HDMI to DVI converter. It is NOT WORTH IT to try and use an existing laptop LCD. Just spend the $100 and get a new one from Tiger Direct / Best Buy / Frys.
