3D Printers! (continued)

Hi to all, thanks nate (who replied to my previous message)

I would be very grateful if you answer my questions:

After my previous questions on this website:

http://www.element14.com/community/thread/22236

I am now deciding to buy this Hot end:

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/HotEnd-Fully-Assembled-and-Wired-FREE-Hobbed-Bolt-RepRap-3D-Printer-Hot-End-/281065376032?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_3&var=&hash=item4170cd4920

Is it trust worthy? What is the best size for the ptfe insulator? I have also found out that for the arduino I am choosing this one:

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/ATmega2560-16AU-Board-USB-Cable-ARDUINOs-IDE-MEGA-2560-/170975431415?pt=Wissenschaftliche_Ger%C3%A4te&hash=item27ceee0af7

Is it compatible with the hot end? And what do they mean by bootloaded... (on the website)? I have also found the

A4988 Stepper Motor Driver Carrier

which is on this website:

http://www.pololu.com/catalog/product/1182

I have also found the ramps 1.4, fully assembled here:

http://reprapworld.com/?products_details&products_id=50&cPath=1591_1593

Thanks againimage

    Hey Tim

Since i dont know much about that hotend the only comment i will make is, it is compatible with the ramps but you will have to cut off the connecter since it was set up for the Sanguinololu.  Here is the 2 different wire schematics http://reprap.org/mediawiki/images/6/6d/Rampswire14.svg http://reprap.org/mediawiki/images/2/2a/Sanguinololu12.svg.  I personally use the Lulzbot Budaschnozzle and have had very good luck with it http://www.lulzbot.com/?q=Budaschnozzle-1.2-w-0.35mm-Nozzle.   It might be in your interest to get the rest of the supplies from the same place to cut back on shipping.  here is a complete set from reprapword http://reprapworld.com/?products_details&products_id=153&cPath=1645. This has everything you would need Arduino, ramps and stepsticks(stepper drivers).
