Hey Mr. Heck! I was wondering how I can fix an old NES system. The graphics are insanely glitchy and the sound is muted with a loud deep tone. Can you help me?

There is a wealth of console hacking knowledge there between all the members and they probably have more time to respond and dig into the problem.
