I recently started working on a portable raspberry pi project of my own using retropi as the OS, an STSND security tft 4.3 in monitor from amazon, a 7.4V LIPO battery(2200maH).
After taking the monitor out of its case and hooking it up to the battery, along with the raspberry pi connected by the composite video lead, it only flashes AV1 In in the upper right corner briefly and then shows nothing.
Ive tried hooking the screen to 12V and hooking it up to a different composite source but cannot get video to show up on the screen.
Has anyone else messed with these screens or have any idea why its doing this?
