My PS4 YouTube application doesn't like The Ben Heck show...

Sounds like it is an issue with the port forwarding issue possibly. This is an issue that you will most likely find assistance with thru YouTube customer support and Sony PlayStation Network. If you know anything about port forwarding you might want to check the status of any necessary ports that are being used by the YouTube app on PS4. Other than the solutions mentioned there's not much that can be done. Certain YouTube channels just will not play on the PS4. Either the codec that  the video was recorded in is a format that the PS4 doesn't like streaming or a YouTube/PS4 server error. I have had similar issues while trying to watch the Formula Drift Channel. Could also be a licensing issue. YouTube and PlayStation customer support will most likely provide you with a solution to this issue. Also if you are not familiar with port forwarding, information can be found at portfowarding.com.
