How Can I Obtain the Printed Circuit Board for the Portable ZX Spectrum and the Parts list?

I am very interest in where to buy the Portable ZX Spectrum printed circuit and parts. I am wanting to know to see how much it will cost me, I am a disabled person, but I can still put together projects, I went to DeVry in Phoenix Az. and only did 3 trimesters, then I went to a community college in Lincoln Nebraska, but did not finish either colleges, and I worked for USA Defence contract jobs in electronics. I've yet to see any schematics for circuitry in any of the projects that I've been interested in.

A good example would be the breakout board for the Pi-Top.

There is a scan of how the connections were traced, but there is no detail on the components or construction of the breakout board that he made for the video.
