How Can I Obtain the Printed Circuit Board for the Portable ZX Spectrum and the Parts list?

I am very interest in where to buy the Portable ZX Spectrum printed circuit and parts. I am wanting to know to see how much it will cost me, I am a disabled person, but I can still put together projects, I went to DeVry in Phoenix Az. and only did 3 trimesters, then I went to a community college in Lincoln Nebraska, but did not finish either colleges, and I worked for USA Defence contract jobs in electronics. Sorry for carrying on, Luv your shows.

I've yet to see any schematics for circuitry in any of the projects that I've been interested in.

A good example would be the breakout board for the Pi-Top.

There is a scan of how the connections were traced, but there is no detail on the components or construction of the breakout board that he made for the video.
