By the way I assume "AMA" in the title above stands for "Ask Me Anything" - I had never come across this acronym.
So question:
It sounds like the grueling production pace loses it appeal after a while. From what you have learned, how many Ben Heck type people would it take to make a comfortable and sustainable 1 episode per week?
