The hottest new model of Raspberry Pi has hit the shelves and in order to make the most of it, DJ has decided to make a laptop. With the power of 3D printing, CNC routing, and Linux, will this be a daily driver to outshine your current portable computer? Of course not, but will it be fun? Absolutely.

    WOW

I actually downloaded that file right off the bat, and when it extracted corrupted I thought maybe it was a binary.

The direct wiring that you used on the speaker PHAT, is great, were you able to do that just from "experience/understanding how stuff works" or was there a wiring diagram you got from somewhere?

I like that hat, and have one, Im just really wanting to use some GREAT very small drivers I found online a few years back.

BTW: That case is genius, the way the keyboard slots in is really a GREAT idea.

IF I can ever finish the idea I have with this, I want to move to the cellular idea, although I keep running into "newer/faster/better/ implementations......

    thanks for all your work.

    J

A beautiful design in Fusion360 is what I found in the file.

However, not being versed in exporting STL components
it’s not accessible to me. Any chance you’ll be adding the

STLs as components here, on Instructables or Thingiverse?

quick fix until DJ replies with possibly some files:

in fusion360 ,in the menu on the left right click on the component and choose export stl, click ok and select the place you want the file to be saved to. do this for all komponents. happy printing.

That was freaking amazing ... I have GOT to master Fusion!

Thank you, I had no idea how easy that would be.
