To celebrate the launch of Borderlands 3, DJ has embarked on an epic, case-modding journey. Not only is he building a nearly full-scale Claptrap, but he’ll be shoving, er uh, gently placing a full-size gaming PC inside. Is bringing an animatronic Claptrap into a world a terrible idea sure to bring about chaos and despair? Maybe, but there’s no time to think about consequences... let’s get building!

  • Great Concept and looking good so far. As far as suggestions, one thing people (judges in shows) always comment on is a display is too static, there is no implied movement. So, instead of using a couple of struts to anchor him, give it a base with rocks or sand to bury the bottom portion of the tire and triangulate the structure from within there and maybe a large rock to give him some support towards the backside.image
