Compute Module 4 Powered 3D Printer Board -- Episode 496

We asked Clem to do something simple..so he went over the top again. In this episode, Clem leverages on the Raspberry Pi Compute Modules Form factor and Power to integrate it on a 3d printer / CNC / PNP mainboard, tightly packed with Trinamic Stepper drivers and two (!!) real-time processors! that allow him to take direct control over the machines inputs and process it on the Fly! Someone should drag him out into the daylight soon. We want your input for further development!

Would love to see Klipper installed, with FluidPi on top of it.
With Voron CoreXY using the same amount of steppers this would be an awesome team up.

Hi Oleg, I'm currently busy with other projects for Element14presents.
We are collecting ideas from people here in this Thread and I try to implement the suggestions when I get to build the next version.
I don't understand that sentence:
And will it be possible to implement this board in a ready-made 3D printer instead of a regular one?

But I guess you want to know if you could put the board in any normal 3d printer. Once the design is finished you can basically swap out the original board of your 3d printer for mine.
