In past 6 months, I had to back into learning about Thermocouple and Thermistors while trying to repair a 3-D Printer. Yes, it has been quite a learning experience. Six months ago, I thought they were interchangeable and discovered they are not. Two completely different approaches to measuring temperatures and in this case 55-130 degrees C for print heated bed. While the extruder Hot-End is typically 170-250 degrees C.
