I used my $200 shopping cart from this contest to pick up a new Multicomp Pro portable oscilloscope 
MP720015 is the model.
I've wanted to have a non-mains referenced scope for a while and this works perfectly. Now I can probe a little safer
This model is a dual unit - Digital multi-meter and oscilloscope. It was handy to switch between.
In the image below, I'm trouble shooting a power supply from a PoE Switch. Perhaps that can be the subject of a future blog.
