Possible help for BB-AI heat problem

I did some investigation and found the BB-AI uses a governor of policy0 which is a custom setting. So I am testing setting the normal conservative to reduce the heat.

Here are the two commands:

sudo cpufreq-set -c 0 -g conservative

sudo cpufreq-set -c 1 -g conservative

I will monitor these overtime and report results...

Have you tried monitoring the temperature either via a console command or external temperature sensor?

Yes, after discovering the correct place to find the temps for the CPU.

I posted where to find these in a discussion a couple of days ago (Reading BeagleBone AI Temperatures) and added a bash script to display one or all of the temperature zones
to that discussion after I wrote and tested it. From what was seeing it looks like zone 2 is the one for the dual core Cortex-A15.
