Humans is a great show! Although I still haven't caught up much past the first season. Added B.O.B to the list, will need to check out Black Hole as it sounds interesting!
R2-D2 was always on my list as one of my favs, and then there is Mia from Humans, but B.O.B. from The Back Hole holds a special place on my list, especially being voiced by Slim Pickens.
