  • This was an interesting presentation! I had no idea the technology had signatures of thousands of situations and could pattern-match to diagnose it (not just display raw values) in a handheld device. I also learned what kinds of mechanical issues are experienced in machines.

    Yeah, I thought it was quite interesting. I've done a little vibration testing but what he presented is leap years ahead of what was available even 10 years ago.

     

    I really liked how he highlighted alignment issues.

     

    Anyway, that's me.

     

    I'm a bit reluctant to offer something like this again due to the lukewarm interest. But it was a good presentation.
