About this Webinar

In this webinar you will learn how to take advantage of the built-in Wi-Fi capabilities of Raspberry Pi 3 to build a security system using MATLAB and Simulink. The security system will acquire surveillance data from a Raspberry Pi camera board and identify intruders using an image processing routine developed in MATLAB. It will send live tweets to notify you whenever an intruder is detected.

The webinar will highlight how to:

  • Communicate with your Raspberry Pi from MATLAB and Simulink
  • Quickly prototype and refine algorithms for your Raspberry Pi projects
  • Deploy algorithms for standalone execution on the Raspberry Pi
  • Use the ThingSpeak IoT data aggregation service to send / retrieve data from the cloud and send live tweets

Previous knowledge of MATLAB is not required.
