What should you consider when specifying a composite part for your electrical interconnects?  Composites offer strength, weight, cost and corrosion advantages over metals.  They are increasingly replacing metals in enclosures, EMI shields and structural components.  In this Webinar you will learn how a successful composite part depends on the right materials, reinforcing agents and design for manufacturability.  You will see applications focusing on moldable thermoplastics composites and gain an understanding of the benefits and trade-offs between chopped and continuous fiber when used as reinforcement agents.
