The RIoTboard has been designed to run Android operating systems efficiently and features a high processing performance/low-power consumption processor with a broad range of peripherals and display capabilities, making it perfectly suited as a hub for the Internet of Things (IoT).
The RIoTboard has been designed for and supported by a community of Design Engineers and Application Developers. The hardware design has an optimised form factor, utilises one of the latest high performance multimedia processors and has been optimised for low power consumption. Addressing these key design challenges upfront will reduce development time and time to market.
Key Applications: Netbooks (web tablets), Nettops (Internet desktop devices), High-end mobile Internet devices (MID), High-end PDAs, High-end portable media players (PMP) with HD video capability, Portable navigation devices (PNDs), Industrial control and Test and measurement (T&M), and Single board computers (SBCs)
