The European Electronics industry is in growth. In 2015 the European Electronics industry is set to grow by around 4 percent over the previous year. However a worrying statistic is that a labour shortage exists for electronics manufacturers wishing to keep their operations in the UK. A study recently found that 72 percent of manufacturers believe there is a labour shortage and 2/3 had difficulty recruiting production and design engineers in the past two years. Therefore is training the answer and if so what, where and how?
