I've been involved with a few road-tests and challenges and whenever I have experienced a problem (e.g a hold-up in customs, or missing items), doctorcdf has been a great help. I've seen numerous other cases in the forums where others have also been assisted.
Christian has hosted hundreds of webinars to showcase new technologies. He has also helped to coordinate many of the E14 road-tests and design challenges that have brought engineers, hobbyists and artists from around the world together. We can often take it for granted, but there's no doubt a lot of work behind the scenes to pull everything together and sort out the logistics of shipping across the globe!
