Is anybody else having problems connecting to webinars, my 1st attempt was a complete failure!
I got as far as a screen which said connection was in progress ....... nothing happened .... after some time a female voice said " if you're having problems enter 'star 9'
??!
I pressed asterisk followed by 9 on keyboard and after some delay a male voice said " i've just received star nine. ??
confusion continued.....
