Just follow the instructions provided in the quiz.

For example:
element14 Essentials: Wireless Protocol I

To earn the Wireless Protocol 1 badge, you need to:
attain 100% in the quiz
leave some feedback in the comments section
give the page a star rating

Once you have done all three, you should be awarded a mission badge and gain a few extra points in the process.
