That will depend on the component on the PCB, what magnetic properties, RF emissions from the other components during operation. Gough Lui you also have a point relating to compromise. The answer in generic form is clear though. And I won't answer that here as well, but I generally don't design in generic terms.
Often with antennas, it's a compromise - ideally you'd not want to have any antenna in too close of a proximity to any other component (especially metallic shields or batteries with metallic casing) or even body parts. I won't spoil the quiz by giving away the answer ... but just don't put antennas too close to other components regardless of the type if you can avoid it!
