I've been trying out the mi:node recently and despite plugging in all attachments and writing my test code as indicated, my attachments refuse to work. Has this kit become obsolete or incompatible?

I'm going to recommend trying out one module at a time - just in case you have one bad connector or module. How do you eat the elephant? One bite at a time. Divide and conquer.
