Guys my Tobbie-II is not working.

  • from the photo it seems that it has transparent part of enclosure where gears can be seen - I suspect that one of gears got damaged or is not contacting properly (similar to toy cars with damaged gearboxes), and you will be able to see the point where gears are no longer moving when the motor is on. If damaged gear can be identified, maybe it can be replaced or returned to the proper position?

    or - if gears are not moving at all (and the motor generates this sound when stalled and unable to move the robot - similar to the situation when you prevent electric motor from rotating) it can indicate some mechanical problem resulting in the blockade that the motor cannot overcome. If you are confident that you can put it back together, you can disassemble the gearbox and try to find the blocking element
