It is a phenomenal prize for such a contest - thank you element14 and baldengineer

It is another instrument that is well suited to use in blogs because it is very thin and doesn't hog the bench, allowing room for the project apparatus.

I have a similar model that I kept because they are a good trade-off for the size, performance, and capability.

I was poking at the SCPI command set recently. I was hoping to make a scottiebabe inspired script to capture multiple screenshots for an animated GIF.

My hope was there would be a command to cause a screenshot save to a USB drive. I did not see one. But I think it is possible to get the bitmap with a SCPI command—just need to spend more time with it.

I am immersed in another project at the moment, but will get around to exploring more later.

I haven't done scope screen shots-to-gif yet - so far I just convert external video to gif.

I am immersed in another project at the moment, but will get around to exploring more later.
