    Hi all,

I'm wouter, a 22 year old student Industrial Engineering Sciences in Electronics/ICT @ FI² (a joined faculty of XIOS & KHLim University College) (That's Belgium, for those wondering). I'm currently starting a Hackerspace in the city where I study and most of my projects would fit perfectly in this scope.

A few things I'm working on: A webradio with touch controls and mopidy (spotify MPD client), an open-source modular MIDI mixer platform.

Aside those things, I've just started my own business, I'm building webplatform and webapps together with 2 other students.

Like some others here, it's TBHS that leaded me here. I love it because it inspires me to take on new projects, and every couple of weeks I learn to do something in a more efficient way.

For those who'd like to connect with me, you can find me on twitter via: @woutervddn (Though I warn you, most of my tweets are dutch..)

    Grts

    Wouter

Hi Sven - thanks, we think Ben is pretty great too!  May we suggest checking out the Jeremy Blum's Arduino tutorials on Arduino?  We think you might enjoy those too! image

Hi! I'm Jesse. I live in Philadelphia, PA. I'm a 12-year-old web developer, programmer and scientist. I have some experience with Arduino and am really interested in 3D printing technology. Oh, and I love free stuff.

Hi Wouter - welcome!  Very cool you are starting a Hackerspace! You might find a few fellow Hackerspace members here on the Community hanging out.  For example, we've got a group that Pumping Station: One started, which is a Hackerspace in Chicago.  You might enjoy reaching out to fustini - a very active member of the Community, and also a member of the Chicago Hackerspace mentioned above.

Hello. My name is Lee and I'm helping with the marketing at a company I just started working for. Its called Durastar Everest Casters. I"m learning more and more everyday about our products and the manufactoring/distribution side of the field. We produce the casters and wheels and distribute them to other companies to make their products.

Hi Lee - congrats on the new job! image  If you like Industrial Automation - you might enjoy this blog that member "jeastwood" wrote for a review of EATON's SmartWire System.
