Identification help: An unknown chip, ATMEL604

I came across this chip, and I can't find the datasheet for this.

I am quite sure this IS NOT the 2-wire EEPROM chip.

    I agree with Michael. That is the 2-wire EEPROM chip. Datasheet here http://www.atmel.com/images/doc0180.pdf

    Thanks, the pin-outs are identical to the spec sheet you linked.
