Identification help: An unknown chip, ATMEL604

I came across this chip, and I can't find the datasheet for this. Here's the picture: I am quite sure this IS NOT the 2-wire EEPROM chip. Text: ATMEL604 24C16A PU27 A

I really think it's the 24C16A EEPROM. Why don't you think that?

I agree with Michael. That is the 2-wire EEPROM chip. Datasheet here http://www.atmel.com/images/doc0180.pdf
