Clearing errors

I have built a custom part that has 5 thru hole pins. I have double checked this build 3 times and all dimensions match the manufacturers specs. I have placed this part twice on my board and have 19 errors from two of the pins on each part. 5 of the errors are Drill Distance errors, the rest are overlap errors on the top and bottom of the board. I have tried ripping up the traces to the pins saving exiting from the board, reentering and checking the errors, to no effect. I then replaced the traces, to no effect. The other three pins on each component have no errors even though I built this part by copying the pins 4 times. Does anyone know how to correct these errors or should I just ignore them?

Below is the offending portion of the circuit.

    Hi Jim,

If those round green pads are flattened (unfortunately I can't easily tell from the tiny screenshot), then either the manufacturer's specifications are wrong, or the holes or pads are larger than that specified by the manufacturer, or the holes are spaced closer than specified by the manufacturer.

The green rings should not be flattened into each other for 1.27 or 2mm pitch through-hole normally.

You can press the 'info' icon in the library package view and then select one of the pads; it will show the exact co-ordinates and the diameter settings for the pad (both inner hole and outer pad diameter, which is often set to 'auto;'). Then repeat with the

adjacent one, and then compare the numbers with the expected values from the manufacturer spec.

If the stop mask is smashing into each other then you can adjust that with your design rules (i.e. DRC).
