I was wondering what language is more useful for programming a robot / drone. Also what is a good and fairly cheep program for designing parts.

My Bad. You are Correct. C -"sharp" as in the Musical Note. I guess I had C ++ Plus Plus on my mind. But don't ask me to explain why in Twitter, '#" = "hashtag". for a person of my age (65). "#" = "Pound Sign".
