I am an inventor I had a perfect idea so I designed and made it work the kinks out of it and has been operating now two years. It's time to get out here is my problem I have no clue how or even the finance to do anything

You should try indiegogo or Kickstarter

These days, I believe you need to have a plan and a clue, before you can get a project approved on these platforms. If Rik can share his project and allow eyes to see it, he could start a discussion and let others chime in. If it's non-public or NDA, there's no value bringing it in a community forum.
You're right, perhaps those platforms should provide a guide on how to build a plan, but I'm not sure about that I have only been on the consumer side.
Sharing more details in the community would be helpful to evaluate how much is "ready" for production. Most of the times, having the idea is not enough and it's needed a lot of manufacturing, marketing, selling and financing knowledge.
I'm not sure of your country of origin but this side of the pond talking to a bank doesn't cost you anything and may provide some ideas.
Good idea, algo there are place where you can find mentoring in entrepreneurship. I went to the Arduino day in Chicago this year, it was hosted in this place mHUB, they have a lot of good stuff for startups.
Another place to look is government programs. In Canada there is an Industrial Research Assistance Program and there are usually small business development agencies and export development agencies, etc.
There are any number of web site development services that will setup an online business.
