Welcome to the forum, it is a great place to learn, ask questions, and discuss ideas.
Can you provide some of your back ground knowledge?
What do you have for education and/or if you wish to further that education?
What is your career today and/or aspirations for the future?
You have thrown your wish for information penny into a very big pond of experience. You might find with some background there might be people similar who will respond.
Welcome to the element14 community! If want to learn more about electronics, you have come to the right place.
Welcome akans. You may have entered the electronics rabbit hole.
It's hard for me to advise on a specific place to start. General advice when learning something like electronics though is to be patient. Also, as a field it is so broad so it's perfectly okay to not be an expert in every one of its facets. That is true in the first month and continues to be true after a lifetime.
Welcome to the E14 community. Please share your experiences and what you are interested in learning, E14 community can try to steer you to needed resources.
Also Akans, expect that your interests and needs will change as time goes on. There aren't many people here that are doing the same thing they did 20 years ago!
Akans I would start with element14 Essentials in the Learning Center. Either use the link or the menus. Learn > Learning Center > element14 Essentials. The courses will give you a basic overview of a lot of things that can help you with the next steps. We don't know what we don't know. This helps.

Hello akans Welcome to E14 Community
Akans Hi, I have some books on my server nexgen-simulations.com. I will suggest two of them: A Textbook of Electrical Technology or Hands-On Electronics. The First book is go to school and You Need High School Algebra I but it is straightforward. BTW you will need a DVM and an adjustable power supply 0 - 20 vdc. ~~ Cris H.
all the books I have are in PDF format..
dang74 You are being generous only a rabbit hole?! Akans It's more like I don't know maybe a cross between the Mariana Trench, and the Bermuda Triangle! It's a ride that takes you to space, under the oceans, faster than the speeding built, and you will learn to speak foreign languages sometimes in a few hours! It moves like a snake never standing still always moving, just waiting for something new to turn up.
Why do I do what I do? Intergration? Well, to be truthful there are more folks out there that get the case of the stupids and I have to fix it. And there a lot of them never a dull moment. Like Alice, something is always over the darn rainbow (corner) LOL So sit back, buckle in, coffee in one hand, and relax! Enjoy the Ride!!
