Participation Guidelines and Code of Conduct Revision

Hello everyone!

There has been a minor revision to  Participation Guidelines and Code of Conduct  (and a reminder that we also have Participation Guidelines ).

That's all, but now I've got your attention, what are your weekend plans? I'm fixing a light switch in the bedroom that's decided to start buzzing. Fun fact, the "fuse box" in my house still uses fuse wire. Exciting!

I'll be working on a telemetry via 1Gb Ethernet proposal. Decent sized FPGA, sub microsecond latency so everything in the fabric in HDL, no processors (soft or hard) and quite possibly no MAC - so we…

Electronics-wise, fire back up the Si5351. Try to move it from the Dupont wire connected mess that is is/was to something more finished. Rearranging the workbench. I've moved the soldering station / power…

I have a project for a client that has been hanging in limbo for far too long. I need to try and give it some quality time starting today.  Good luck with your project and try not to blow any fuses in the process!  Stay save!

Rearranging the workbench.  I've moved the soldering station / power supply to the center of the bench.  I'm not sure I like it there.  It hides outlets on the meter long power bar.

Attend a picnic at my granddaughter's karate school.  Change the oil in the truck (which involves taking off the front right tire).  Hamburgers on the grill.

I'll be working on a telemetry via 1Gb Ethernet proposal.

Decent sized FPGA, sub microsecond latency so everything in the fabric in HDL, no processors (soft or hard)  and quite possibly no MAC - so we would drive the PHY directly from the logic.

Might get out for walk and maybe get to write bit more code for the MP3 player.

    My weekend program:

    • Finally enjoy some holidays, maybe with a bike ride
    • Going on with scraping off all old color from garage's wall before painting it
    • Hopefully going forward with a scope repair

I am working on a heads-up display for my bike helmet, so I can see what my helmet-mounted GoPro camera is recording. Hopefully I will get to shoot some video from my e-bike (element14 prize) this weekend.

I'm curious how that will work out. Showing a few small widgets heads-up doesn't impact road view that much. But what when you see a video instead of than what's ahead of you?

LOL... I noticed the last item on the code of conduct was edited to address such things.
