We're considering allowing support for KiCAD schematics on the community - interested?

Though we will wait until it's a bit more oven-cooked, we wouldn't want to open up to vulnerabilities:

Of course I voted yes without really knowing how the tool will evolve but if it's better than static images then it will be useful.

An alternative to embedding could be to allow the user to upload a preview of the schematic along with a URL and to hyperlink it to KiCanvas.org with the location of the design file appended as the query string.
