Please I need ladder diagrams. Look at mine and modify it but please I need explanation n pseudo code

It is based around the Rockwell MicroLogix 1000 PLC controller and you can download the 'RSLogix Micro Starter Lite' programming environment from here:

which will allow you to follow along and to hopefully allow you to program and test your traffic light assignment.
