Charge batteries phone with solar panel - Hercules RM42x

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

My goal is to solve power consumption that is presented to charge batteries phone.

My project is a simple application of Hercules RM42x LaunchPad, Its use solar energy to charge batteries phone; I designed a BoosterPack that allows me to control the voltage and current output, for better security MCU features magnetic coupling this with control MOSFET.

This system has PID control, that regulates the output voltage to change the battery.

PROJECT FEATURES:

My application has a solar panel 7.5 volts with a current output of 100mA, this voltage is applied to the drain of a MOSFET that is controlled by the Hercules RM42x for PWM output mosfet is smoothed by an LC network and feeds phone battery, the voltage sensors and current output in order to make a refeeding for PID.
