Fixing Grandchildren's Toys

I was fortunate to see my family yesterday with the grandchildren and I was presented with two toys no longer working. They contain electronics which was no longer functioning. After serious consideration and deep, deep thought I inserted some batteries and that was them, both fixed!. I must be a genius or something. Maybe they had previously tried flat batteries before or just put the batteries in the wrong way around.

Sounds like a cunning way to get someone else to pay for the batteries. Either that or the parents were enjoying the peace that often comes with flat batteries. Just need to 3D print a new pilot and passengers…

Usually a Thomas the Tank Engine is inserted so no additional figures ar eneeded.

Gordon the Express Engine may have been more appropriate, what with being the Flying Scotsman's brother and all...

However I'm sure there is potential for some sort of small robot type characters here don't you think ?
