Help with high volt transistor

Hello,

I am trying to find a transistor or amplifier that can work with large voltages, like 100 kilovolts. I am trying to build an x-ray machine and need the transistor to vary the voltages with an Arduino. The transistor will separate the Arduino from the high voltages.

Is there a place I could find that kind of transistor or amplifier? Ideas or options that are alternative approach to my problem are welcome.
